Ordering From The Menu

 

How to Order (Economy):

 

  1. Decide on the number of sets for passengers to choose on the flight.

  2. Decide on the number of items on each set. Maximum of 2 Starters, 1 Main Course, 3 Sides and 1 Dessert.

  3. Select the items from the menu.

  4. Place your order with the order form. Minimum order of 100 meals.

 

How to Order (Business & First):

 

  1. Decide on the number of items for your passengers to choose from. Maximum 2 Starters, 2 Main Course, 3 Sides and 2 Desserts.

  2. Select the items from the menu.

  3. Place your order with the order form. Minimum order of 50 servings from each section.

In-Flight Catering Centre

The PIIA In-Flight Catering Menu offers a large variety of food, and all meals come sealed in ready-to-eat packaging, of course, heat up first before serving.

 

All meals must be consumed within 18 hours of preparation. All meals are halal unless pork is present. All steak dishes are cooked to medium, heat longer to cook until well done.

 

Each meal also comes with a disposable wet wipe, cutlery, salt and pepper, a mint and some dental floss for passengers wanting to clean their teeth after the meal.

 

All prices are in NationStates Dollar (NSD) and all prices are per serving.
